Help! What am I doing wrong?

For some reason, when I convert my Microsoft Word documents to a PDF file, the two sheets I have on one page end up turning into two full pages. I have read a zillion and one articles and help sections online and cannot find my particular problem and a solution.

My emergent readers aren't very valuable when they only print one whole page instead of two small ones that can be cut in half. :)

Any suggestions? I'm using Microsoft 2010 and the PDF conversion that comes with it.

  1. Could it be that the MS page is a bit too long? Sometimes my MS sheets roll over onto an extra page because the layout of other tools needs more border space. Try eliminating some of the space between if you have the books one on top of the other. If you are using landscape layout, you may need to change other space use.
Good luck with this and thanks for sharing so many wonderful resources.

  2. I don't use a conversion. I print to a pdf. It's one of my print options under the printer icon. I know that doesn't answer your question, but do you have the option of printing to a pdf?
